Pros

It's rare to have a solely owned company in the consultancy world these days, and that's what makes this place unique! The experience and connections you can make with the USA offices is excellent.

Cons

None so far, we just got a new office and it's excellent

Pros

Very competitive base salary, bonuses. Great benefits package including Safe Haven for 401k, matching, and other standard benefits. Entrepreneurial environment, which can be great.

Cons

Very compartmentalized and entrepreneurial to where you don't know anyone outside your team and can limit career progress.
