Horrible place to work

Pros

Hours, benefits after a few months of working there. Decent pay. Point system for missing days, ability to move around and do different jobs.

Cons

Management doesn't care about you. People are quitting left and right. To high of quotas for the day, only thirty minute lunch, bad attitudes, working all the time, no time to live life

Lots of Mandatory Overtime

Pros

Not bad money for the area close to home. A lot of available overtime. Shift Incentives for Production (up to $1.50 per hour). Company does a lot of charity money raising!

Cons

Healthcare costs are sky high, Mandatory, non negotiable overtime. Not much opportunity for advancement. Sweltering hot. Work is not evenly divided amongst workers
