Pros

A good job if you live in the area. First shift hours leave you with time to attend your kids school activities (if that applies to you)

Cons

Almost impossible to advance in the company, unless of course you have a relative in Management. The flat rate pay is a joke. Some jobs at these plants are more physical and stressful than others are. For instance, a person who lifts and packs windows all day is paid the same wage as someone who stands in front of a machine pushing a button or pedal all day.

Pros

Good jobs in local community if you choose to live in the Gratz area. Good promotional opportunities for local boys with proven work ethic.

Cons

Small company with a very involved and dominant owner. Owner shoots from the hip and makes snap decisions that are often not well thought out. Management team is not well educated.
