Pros
Advancement available, especially if you're open to relocation. Many sites across the country. Training is always available for a number of topics. Friendly peers and team members. They do a lot for the community. Always investing in better ways to do things. Management encourages TMs to get involved in projects.
Cons
Not too much to share... 3rd shift working hours could be better. Have a later start time. It's a personal preference though.
