Pros

Good pay rate at 21.50 an hour with shift differential for 3rd. Sometimes there is overtime.

Cons

When orders are slow you get laid off for an undetermined amount of time. Every line is run differently with different rules. Sometimes they will play favorites. Training sucks.

Pros

Good pay, great employees. Benefits are mediocre but they are available. Health savings account and 401 k match. That's about it.

Cons

Management/Supervisors, the fake culture they show in orientation ONLY lasts about 6 months. Supervisors are very manipulative and HR is right behind them. They have a disciplinary policy that they do not follow. Favor certain employees over others. They stress "Quality" but numbers are more important.

Pros

-(2) 15 minute breaks and (1) lunch -music is played on loudspeaker to entertain employers -they are very understanding (if you show you’re a hard worker) -great 401k -health/dental insurance -fun people depending on who you vibe with -always room for growth, working your way up the ladder -great pay, I worked night shift and got $22.50 an hour -they feed you lunch if you work a Saturday -plenty of overtime -you can buy steel toes with vouchers they hand out (1 per year)

Cons

-fast paced work consistently -hot in the summer -some people can be gossipy/drama bound (like everywhere let’s be honest) -not too hygienic -not a lot of culture besides schuylkill county culture -attendance is a must -being moved around a lot on some occasions (even if you’re just beginning on year one) - lots of overtime in the summer but less than 40 hours in the winter -dust is everywhere
