You receive a bi-weekly paycheck.

Cons

The walls have ears. You can't trust your coworkers since your business will get to your manager or your manager will spread your personal information. Management doesn't care about you. Management is rewarded by getting promoted. Employees are never promoted I never saw it in the time I was there. I heard other departments got along but the AP/Billing department was divided by long time employees & newer people. Long term employees treat newer employees like garbage. The only way to get ahead is by nepotism or having a social relationship with management.

Pros

Have been working at Midland for 3 ½ years now. Financially sound company. Management is supportive and open to new ideas. Work environment is nice. Most days it is fast paced, but, everyone works together to get the orders entered and the customers taken care of. Office and Warehouse work well together. Good communication.

Cons

Limited PTO time last week of the year.
