      A salesperson's sales organization.

      Pros

      They allow sales to work independently yet support your business through both general stock and custom stocking, reactive delivery and the widest array of product and vendor choices you'd ever need.

      Cons

      Out dated computer system is still in place as of now but that is being replaced with a new state of the art system in March 2014.

      Pros

      After much thought, I can't think of a single one.

      Cons

      This company is like high school. If you kiss enough tail, suck up, and get in the good graces of the people that matter, you're treated well and fairly. But if you ned up not being liked by someone higher up, then you'll never go anywhere or amount to anything. Hard work will go unrecognized. Requests to advance will be ignored. Not being in the good graces of management can simply be because someone told someone who told someone that you weren't a nice person. Honestly, it's that ridiculous. A toxic enviornment that I'm grateful I never have to be exposed to again.
