Cons
Low pay, No OT, no work/life balance, over worked, unappreciated, low quality materials used, no set schedule, unorganized chaos, no sharpeners for instruments, rarely get a lunch break, expected to do a 4 quad SRP in 45 minutes, manager runs office not dentists which makes for a crazy schedule that makes all patients wait a ridiculous time for their scheduled appointment, managers have no dental knowledge and some don’t even have college degrees yet they treat the dentists and hygienists like trash just because they are the “manager,” a lot of in office drama, you have to travel to other offices when needed-NO questions asked! Don’t let the lovely job description fool you, it’s NOT sunshine and roses!
