Since the day I first started, I have had a genuine appreciation for MINT's mission to deliver the best experience for patients and employees. I believe that this company has its employees/clients/job seekers best interests at heart. Example 1: The work/life balance is fantastic! Dr. Harrison has created such a fun, enjoyable environment that certainly reflects in every office. Example 2: Aside from working for the best dental office around...there's great healthcare coverage and benefits for employees! Example 3: There is also a portal dedicated to internal mobility-- the reality of internal growth and opportunities is promising and unbelievable! I could go on talking about all the reasons why MINT is the place to work at, but why continue when you can come experience it for yourself! Every time I hear about us on the radio, from a friend or see a billboard while I am driving, I am always proud to say that I work with the most amazing staff at MINT dentistry.
