Pros

You tend to meet and interact with some wonderful patients and coworkers throughout the company. Also medical insurance offered. Depending on which office you encounter, your team can make for a great day whether challenging or not. Some managers are fair. Loves the patient care attitude if time allows.

Cons

No dental insurance. No overtime or threat to be written up; yet working through lunch. Managers and heads with little to no dental experience causing issues with patient care/job duties ethically, morally, and/or against board rules. "Head assistants"' opinions matter only and rest of staff's opinion isnt even addressed. Clinical staff excluding inexperienced, labeled "heads" are "worker bees" and are not appreciated by the company but PRAISED by the patients. Complaints by certain staff about rude or disrespectful employees are not addressed. Experienced professionals have no input or suggestions are ignored.

The work environment is really professional and active. Co-workers are very responsible and always try to help one another to get the task done during the day.

Cons

High volume of the work place can be overwhelming sometimes. Sometimes overbooking can back fire and cause a lot of patients to be really upset due to the wait time.

Opportunity to grow within the company in a short period of time. Provides health care paid by the company! And offers PTO and of course no weekends!

Cons

At the moment no over time, which I'm fine with for now.
