      Pros

      Starting at Mint, 5 years ago I never expected it to become the career it has. There is a ton of opportunity to grow within the company. I started at an entry-level position, worked hard, and have been promoted multiple times since I started. I am now working in the corporate office. Loyalty is not only recognized by leadership but also rewarded. Mint is not just a place to work and collect a paycheck, however, it has become a family, Where we all work together as a team to serve our patients and employees.

      Cons

      Communication was always a big con for me however over the last year there has been a major improvement in our leadership team communicating to our entire staff.
