      Pros

      I love working at Mint and being part of a company that takes care of their patients as well as their employees. I have been with Mint for over 10 years and I don't plan on going anywhere. I have been able to grown and build up my skills as an RDA and Mentor over the years. Mint Dentistry is truly the best dental company to work for!

      Pros

      Mint is not perfect, but they are definitely trying. Mint takes pride in a diverse workforce, and celebrates the differences that make us all stronger. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I feel safe and respected here.

      Cons

      The workload can be overwhelming during the busy seasons, but nothing that isn't manageable.

      Pros

      I have been in dental management for going on 9 years and of the companies I have worked for, Mint is by far the best. They actually show compassion towards employees and are very understanding. Having corporate care has been the best expierence ever.

      Cons

      The hours of opperation are 8am - 5:30 with being in office before 8 to, at times not leaving until after 6.
