      The schedule can be a little packed, but if you’re quick and efficient, you will be able to do it, No problem!!

      Great work life balance, a leadership team that believes in you. Good pay and great opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Any company growing as fast as MINT has some growing pains but its worth working through them because it is exciting to be a part of a company that is changing the world of Dentistry.

      The company's culture, teamwork, and leadership are exceptional. Open communication and collaboration are encouraged, making employees feel appreciated and respected. The camaraderie among colleagues creates a positive atmosphere, and the company perks, including an impressive PTO policy, are fantastic. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful company and excited for the future!
