Great benefits, bad management

Pros

The benefits offered are excellent as far as health insurance, 401k, and all sorts of other discounts and benefits.

Cons

Management in nearly every department was not good which causes a lot of employee turnover. Pay was also not competitive.

Pros

It's very easy work, the teams are very lax, the systems are okay compared to other banking institutions.

Cons

The departments don't help each other, it's very dog eat dog. Member services specifically has a very high school feel where the people in charge are in a clique and if you don't fit in with them, they intentionally will make your life very difficult. If you are sensitive to bullying, this department isn't for you.

Pros

People first culture is coming from the top down. The CEO backs up his words around people being first and it's great to see from the top. Lots of fun events to help grow the culture.

Cons

There is opportunity for growth in the technical side of things but the company is willing to get on board.
