Pros

This job was really fulfilling. Teaching the next generation of engineers how to program was a blast, the networking opportunities were fantastic, and I learned a lot on the job.

Cons

Long hours wore me out at the end of the week, but that was my own fault. No one is required to work longer than 8 hours a day, which is a plus for some. Same food was served for lunch each day.
