MITLL has two Leadership development programs to help develop a skill set in Contracts or Finance, Great for any entry level college graduate

Cons

Utilize them more rather than allowing them to be "in" on the conversations in the room allow them to contribute. Consider college graduates as opposed to the workforce who has prior work experience. Throwing around the word intern as opposed to full time worker doesn't allow them feel apart of the MITLL community rather seen as a child in the work place

Pros

Interesting work focused on national-level programs and challenges. Community great overall - many nice, smart people and good opportunities to connect with people in other technical areas through technical seminars and interest groups. Hours generally extremely flexible in groups where work can be done remotely.

Cons

Management can be hit or miss, depending on your group. Management training for new tech team leads lacking, although training events are available for those motivated to attend. Managers not always quick to address problems, and in some cases don't seem aware of them before issues have escalated.
