Thank you for taking the time to prepare a review. We are pleased that you are finding it a positive experience with interesting projects. Our flat hierarchy is intended to limit the levels that one has to go through to get things done. We work to maintain a competitive pay structure and actively review our structure on a regular basis. While we have some limitations that are not faced by private industry, overall our compensation is on par with most of the local area. We will continue to monitor and alter as needed. Thank you again.
