      Your observation about old building is somewhat correct. Some of our facilities are older. The process for building on the base is complex but a major refresh of Lab properties has been approved and funding is in process. Like most large construction projects, this will take some time but the project end product is exciting.

      It is good that you have seen lots of cool projects and smart people. One aspect of the flat organizational structure here that is beneficial is that you are not far removed from someone with the expertise and ability to keep you from being lost. If that is not feasible for you, I hope that you will come to Hr for guidance. Thank you for your input.
