Pros

Great work-life balance Brilliant, supportive coworkers I’ve gotten a lot of responsibility and autonomy despite being early in my career. I meet with high-ranking people in government and industry, and they value my input because my badge says Lincoln Laboratory. There aren’t many places where someone in their 20s is briefing generals and admirals. Fantastic response to Covid-19.

Cons

Dealing with classified information can be a pain (not MIT LL specific) Boston is very expensive.
