Pros

Depending on your position, the pay is great. There are so many opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration and the work is very fulfilling and rewarding in many ways.

Cons

Your career is what you make it. If you don't seek advancement or growth, your career will probably remain stagnant. But be the first to do something new and innovative and you will see your future is what you make it!
