Pros

I love working with a lot of people especially faculty, stuffs and students at MIT. There are a lot of opportunity to improve our knowledge from small training to taking the class at the institute.

Cons

I worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology for about 15 years. It's time for me to move to different place/job. The benefit is great but the salary is not.

Pros

UROPing is a great way to discover if research is right for you. There are a huge number of research opportunities, and it's easy to find interesting projects.

Cons

Some grad students don't really know what they're doing and projects with them will not amount to much if you are have no prior experience with research.

Cons

A lot of work and if you're not self-motivated it can be hard to finish in under 6 years
