I generally like the work I do. I wake up every morning not feeling like I am going to "work".
Cons
Leadership. The return to office policy makes absolutely no sense--there are no rooms and this is a nationally based organization that requires people to be on phone calls 90% of the day. Why are we being mandated to sit in an office shared with multiple people on competing phone calls? This is not fostering connects, only lowering employee morale and Sponsor opinion of the organization. I have literally heard of people going out to the parking lot to take calls from their car (if they are so fortunate enough to have one and not travel hours using public transit).
