Retirement and health benefits are still good (for now).

Cons

Senior leadership doesn't value employees that have stayed committed over the years. They took from our PTO and gave to new employees to be 'equitable'. Little opportunity for advancement. Reputation is fading fast.

Good pay and benefits with a work-life balance that is better than most. The company does invest in its infrastructure and its internal websites allow employees to help themselves to making collaboration connections and find interesting work.

Cons

Directors and officers have lost their way and lack credibility with the workforce. They've transformed the company from one that sought to work in the public's interest with a strong ethical compass to one that chased after arbitrary officer initiatives that seem more aligned to officer career growth than aiding the sponsor. Sponsors seem content to allow this and maintain a hands off approach to checking the MITRE claims of impact, even when evidence is that the help was marginally impactful at best
