Pros

Salary is mostly competitive though slipping, retirement very good. Very smart and talented people (in some areas).

Cons

Alot of churn lately. Delivery can be mediocre with minimal accountability from Group Leads on up. Execs continue to get raises despite poor employee morale and declining revenue in some areas. Sick leave policy out of synch with reality. Must use vacation for first 40 hours. Can't use in one hour increments for Drs appts. Even the Federal Govt allows that! Extremely limited telework policy .
