Cons
Management making decisions that hurts the workforce and in direct opposition to common sense. Good, talented people are leaving and more will unless things change. The Return to Office policy is a prime example of a policy that makes no sense. They are expecting people to go into a MITRE site even when there is no affiliation with the work they do or the projects they are assigned to. They have started big-brother style tracking badge swipes. Leadership says this policy is to foster collaboration, but everyone knows this is a made-up reason.
