      Pros

      Meaningful work with mostly smart, dedicated colleagues.

      Cons

      There are dinosaurs and then there are those that think like dinosaurs. The CEO and executive leadership team are out of touch with the work employees do. Someone somewhere made some bad choices with real estate, or the contracts with the government may need modification to adjust to the new normal. Everyone needs to continue to learn and adapt to modern collaboration methods, but they resist. Diverse hires experience micro- and macro-aggressions constantly and blockers to advancement.

      You get to work in many different domains. There is flexibility to move around. There are good people few and far between.

      Cons

      There is lot of instability. People at higher positions are insecure. The management creates hostile work environment. The HR is useless. Not many growth opportunities.
