      Pros

      Leadership is trying to bring things back in line. Work is great and really does provide impact for the sponsors.

      Cons

      Approach to cutting costs seems to lack long term vision. Cutting all the senior staff to save cost in short run will impact quality of delivery and will make company look like everyone else. The industry experts need to be within MITRE and need to be retained.

      Great benefits, matching funds in 403b from day 1. Good PTO program, Maternity leave is 4 months for mother or father.

      Cons

      Can be high stress. Customer is U.S. Government, strict work rules for data protection, sharing, collaboration but to be expected.
