      Senior leaders continue to dig the hole

      Pros

      - Excellent coworkers and lower-level management - Interesting work

      Cons

      - Steady stream of benefits cuts over the past year. - Senior leadership continually refuses to engage in good faith communication with rank-and-file regarding said benefits cuts. - Mandatory partial RTO starting next year, even for employees who do not have an assigned office.

      Pros

      When my coworkers are good, they're great. Generally a low-pressure job, unless you seek otherwise. It's pretty easy to change the kind of work you're doing from year to year.

      Cons

      The CEO's disdain for the people doing the boots-on-the-ground work is pretty clear. The communication from that level is disingenuous or patronizing at best. Since the main customer is the federal government, there's not a lot of air in the room for cutting-edge work. Expect to spend a lot of time evaluating another entity's (more interesting) work. Incompetent people don't get filtered out - but this is a problem at any large corporation.

      Pros

      My colleagues are smart and collaborative. Our teams work effectively from many locations to produce high quality products for our customers.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership has lost the essence of the mission. They continue to starve the staff in terms of training and other overhead related 'benefits' while the SLT partake in extravagant offsites and other non-value activities.
