      Pros

      Not really a great place to work unless you come in on a funded project. Otherwise you get paid by “overhead” and if you are on that too long they fire you. So if you interview here, make sure you are coming in on a funded project.

      Cons

      Their recruiting was horrible. I’m a 5G/Cellular person and they brought me in as an “expert” in this space but they forgot to tell me that I would have to start looking for a funded project (more interviews) once in. That was outrageous as I already had a nice job at Vz but I fell for their lines about how rewarding it is to make a difference in people’s lives. The only problem was that I came in and was immediately being paid via overhead budget. Unbelievable how they snookered me.
