Role based training minimal. Training for job minimal. Promotions hard to come by. Often leadership will say something one day and the next day go in a total different direction. Hard to feel confident about what we are told.

Performed major business transformation project excluding experienced employees who had years of experience in doing this at prior companies. Result was that most who made the decisions left the company and existing long term employees were left to figure out how make the kludge work. Result was cash flow issues that resulted in a layoff.
