Pros
Mitre is really a good company to work for but like a lot of companies it had to make competitive changes post COVID. This didn’t sit well with the scores of privileged employees who wasted government money sitting on projects like a “fat” old tabby. Now, ELT, is trimming “the fat” to right the wrongs and make this company a viable consideration for a new CEO in 2025.
Cons
Lots of boomers complaining about how it used to be. Do they see the connection between another similar slogan attempting to make (their) America Great again? used to be? Employees are being expected to work now at Mitre rather than just 10% of the people doing 90% of the work met (aghast) with resistance.
