Pros
The opportunity for internal mobility is great if you are engage. The technical talent is experienced and the projects are noteworthy! There is a lot of operation change based on external market factors and I am impressed with how agile the PBC team is as they coach managers and employees through shifts in the organization.
Cons
Some employees are resistant to organizational change and it takes some effort to get them on board. If external change agents subside, then it will be easier for leaders push engagement for all.
