Good Experience but Not the Best Ever
Pros
Flexible working hours/can come and go as you please - great work life balance in my experience You can truly find work that is impactful and that interests you You are able to move around to different departments without being heckled by your previous leadership (they encourage you to find what you want to be doing) Competitive-ish salary for more recent grads (1-3 years out of school) Great benefits if you want to get Masters or PhD
Cons
I have heard promotions can be quite difficult to get and are more based on tenure rather than merit Raises are okay, but often do not keep up with inflation No long term, full-remote option available (they only let you be fully remote for a full year and then say you have to come into the office?)
