      - The work tends to be very interesting, and if you would like to move to a different project or get experience In a new area management will work with you to make it happen. - They are invested in providing learning opportunities to employees and encourage education. - There is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility and hard work is rewarded - The environment is very welcoming and kind, collaboration is encouraged and people are always willing to help out colleagues. - The benefits are great - Work life balance is great

      - Can’t think of many, it’s a reasonably large company with a lot of departments so it can take some work to stand out

      Has a great deal of opportunities, but be mindful of your individual career path and the trib you form around you!

      Sometimes can be very science focused that other skillsets and experience may be hard to apply to current work programs (ex. military jobs may not be well integrated beyond specific DoD assignments)
