      Interesting technology work Great people Able to act as trusted advisor to federal government Great benefits

      Cons

      Most work is advisory or R&D in nature Technical staff often do not have ability to take idea and see it through to live (other firms in industry are hired by government to do that).

      Pros

      A flexible environment filled with friendly people who are willing to lend their experience and teamwork. Offers great resources for improvement and has an open work culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects are dropped with little to no warning and I feel that there could be more direction given by the management, but otherwise it is fine. There is nothing really wrong or lacking.
