Nothing much to add that hasn’t been said in the recent reviews. The narcissism and disdain for employees on display during any CEO call/meeting is horrifying. The incompetent CFO chirps on about how well we are doing financially while he fires a good portion of his staff and has yet to repair the botched business system transformation he oversaw years ago. Benefits keep getting cut and a complete lack of transparency and gaslighting of employees has obliterated any trust in upper management. Most people I know are either interviewing or updating their resumes. It’s incredible—in a bad way—how this company has changed in the past five or so years.
