Pros

Never a dull moment. Always something to learn. The team goes through a lot together and everyone has each other's back. Truly feel like they're family at this point! I've always been treated with respect, given opportunities to grow, and been very satisfied with my role and compensation.

Cons

Can't find too many cons here. The company offers the best in CAD/CAM solutions, has a HIGHLY decorated and certified staff and encourages growth professionally and personally. I can't find any cons worth noting and certainly none worth leaving the company for. Truly great place to work.

The MLC company culture is unparalleled. There is no micro-management and the team is genuinely happy to come to work. Having been here a few years, I see no reason to leave. Colleagues become family and people care for each other.

Cons

None, really. This is a solid place to work.

Pros

Growth within the company is achievable here at MLC CAD Systems. Hard work is rewarded and acknowledged by managers. Even though the company has increased in employees and territories, you still feel like you work within a small company and that your voice can still be heard.

Cons

MLC has offices located in many states across the southern half of the U.S. and it is difficult to get to know everyone on a one-on-one basis. Company events let you get to see most of the staff a few times a year.
