They understand you have a life and worked with me time and time again. Management is on your side and treats you with respect! They also allowed a hybrid schedule to allow me to work from home.

Cons

I can't think of one, I truly love it here.

Pros

Work hard play hard environment. customer focused. Surrounded by subject matter experts. industry leading products. Fair compensation for work and contributions. freedom to succeed Streamlined management structure (Not bloated with middle management) As an employee you will meet and know the owners and have access to them if needed.

Cons

rigorous interview process (this is a good thing but can daunting be when going through it) Heavy learning curve due to the number of products and customer solutions offered. freedom to fail. If you require supervision to be productive this is not the work environment for you. Everyone here will help you with anything you need but it's up to you to be productive and manage your time properly.
