MLC has been nothing but accommodating and supportive to me since I started. They truly care about their employees' well-being and whenever I have asked questions or needed help, it has been met with eager assistance. I enjoy my work and the environment created by management. 100% company covered benefits is also a huge perk for me.

Cons

Sales by it's very nature is a bit unsteady, but MLC does a good job of helping employees ride that wave.

- You're welcome in anyone's office from day one and it truly feels like you're part of a team. - Lots of independence as long as you're getting your job done. - Management is very supportive and will encourage you to try out new ideas. - Fun and laid back work environment most days.

Cons

Pros

The interview process gave me a good feel for company culture, values and expectations which has been consistent with my experience so far. I feel that there is a good balance of direction and expectations for personal accountability and it is a nice change of pace to be treated like an adult, as compared to many jobs I have had. Ownership and management work hard to create a family environment and have a great balance between the strong strategic leadership you would expect from a large company and the personal communication of a small business.

Cons

So far I have not identified any negatives, my experience has been great so far
