Great culture - managers are great at coaching and very hands on and wonderful at answering questions and giving us tools to be successful. Employees are motivated and encouraging. Valuable feedback is given about performance and successes are recognize. Everyone works hard but we have a lot of fun too and the company organizes trips and events to keep us pumped and foster connection between co-workers.

This company is amazing! The culture of the team here is positively infectious. Having clear communication from the Senior management right down to the entry level team is unlike any other company I have worked for. The environment is consistently and genuinely upbeat. This has felt more like a family than just coworkers and colleagues. The growing opportunities for personal improvement and financial wealth have been life changing for me.
