the system, management, the overworking, the intense pressure, and the mortality of the company is trash. I felt bad for the job I was reforming. They make you feel small and the hierarchy is present. DO NOT WORK HERE

They are local and they pay weekly

This company will make you lie to customers and they will lie to you. They do not value any of their employees, every single person is expendable. I’ve seen them hire and fire someone in the same month I’ll because they decided they didn’t need the position. They are unorganized, they force customers to sign a paper that says they won’t write a bad review which is why they are good on reviews. Do not be fooled, they do not have anything together and they don’t even answer the phone to their customers after they book jobs for them. There are customers who have gotten an entire year and have not had their projects completed. That means you don’t get paid till the install
