Training is really vigorous but worth it. I learned a lot while working here. Pay was good even though it was 100% commission based there were always opportunities for bonuses.

Cons

6 day work weeks but felt like I was always working even when I was off. Holidays and Time off isn’t a thing here. They warn you before hurricane season that you can’t take any time off until the end of the year.

No pros. Worst place iv ever worked.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Public humiliation, absolutely horrible management, zero transparency on how and how much you get paid, working all hours of the day and night which they make mandatory, Constant threat of termination, being cursed out and yelled at my managers, and having your money held back from you with no explanation. I would rate this -5 stars if I could.

Summer season is always busier than normal in our industry, which our employees are aware of- but are never expected to work all hours of the day and night. The management at MLM is extremely hands on and always willing to assist any employee in their team to succeed. They work overtime to make sure they are supporting their team and that goals are met. Cons

Overwork their canvassers to get leads with the promise of easy promotions and growth. Changes work and pay policies on a regular basis. Refuse to pay what they owe when you leave. High turnover rate. They post several positions but you will only end up as a canvasser.

We see this as an advantage for our employees, as we grow they will grow with us! An example of this is our Director of Marketing, who started out as a canvasser and is now overseeing all of the canvassers in our 4 offices.
