Pros

No pros to this company

Cons

Terrible job loved the friends I met but this company is just straight up garbage it’s run terribly please do not even consider working here. They will praise you and make you feel good and then fire you for no reason. They were doing insurance fraud so they fired a lot of people. The workers shouldn’t have to suffer from their higher rank employees mistakes.

Thank you for leaving your feedback and I am sorry that it wasn't a positive experience. While we value honest feedback from former employees and recognize that working here isn't for everyone, your accusation is false. We are open to hearing constructive feedback on our managers and specific things we are able to improve upon. If you are able to provide this, please reach out and let us know. Lastly, we do not believe our employees are ever in a state of suffering. Our company culture and making sure our employees are treated well is something that is on the forefront of our minds daily. This is shown in team building events, award ceremonies, praising top performers, weekly happy hours and awesome offices. I'm sorry about your negative experience and wish you nothing but the best in your career!

Pros

1. Coworkers are generally good people just trying to make a living.

Cons

1. Company does not pay what was guaranteed in offer letter 2. Company has employees canvas without a permit, if confronted you are expected to lie and say you are in the process of getting one 3. Company doesn't expressly state, but subtly encouraged roof inspectors to cause additional damage to customer roofs if there is not enough to get an insurance approval for full replacement 4. Training is abysmally inadequate 5. Roof Inspectors are required to buy a new iPad for the companies software instead of the company providing one. 6. Roof Inspectors are required to pay out of pocket for all maintenance costs to company vehicle and then be reimbursed, you are required to pay for gas until you hit a sales quota. 8. Management is laughably inexperienced.

Pros

I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

I was with the company for 3 years and consistently performed at a high level. Unfortunately, a recent “reorganization” resulted in mass layoffs impacting many employees. Communication during the separation process was limited, and documentation was delayed. The culture often felt unsupportive, and recognition did not always reflect performance. I hope leadership considers improving transparency and employee treatment moving forward. I would also like to note that we were given an incentive to write a 5 star review on here. A lot of the “positive” reviews aren’t authentic.
