The work itself is not physically demanding and easy to learn. Friendly coworkers and a generally cooperative team. Stable employment with consistent tasks.
Cons
Management makes shift changes without consulting employees. No compensation or recognition for sudden changes in schedule. Unequal treatment — family members of management receive more favorable conditions. Long-term employees often feel undervalued or unheard. Lack of transparency in decision-making processes.
