Pros

Great opportunity for development and overall dynamic projects ahead. IT department involved in a massive transformation and overall solutions upgrades ... fun times!

Cons

Change appetite (to the degree too large), people turnover is high due to some leadership positions - thus partially toxic athmosphere for the overall department.

Free coffee Free parking Safe environment

Cons

Atmosphere is at an all time low and gradually becoming worse. High turnover of staff recently. Two supervisors run the place. Both never worked in the industry and therefore cannot help anyone, with anything. Never seen anything like it.

Usually nice environment, changing from only Austrian to international employees. Hiring young competent people Old and close minded management are leaving or being fired Dress code starting to be more casual Big customers, stable financially Great team buildings, parties and dinners Sudden bonuses from CEO Opportunity to grow

Cons

Low entry level salary Unsatisfactory pay raises Very demanding, have to work extra hours almost daily and unpaid. Some older management still in charge which is affecting highly the motivation of some teams A lot of stress
