It was actually one of our employees who found this review here, and she wanted to respond to it in her own words: "I came across this review accidentally, and I immediately knew who wrote it! I happened to witness this hire in training at MMD after I had started with them a few months earlier myself. I am a senior recruiter with years of experience working at other places under my belt. With said, unlike the author of this review, I have a few points of comparison that my opinion of MMD is based on. To address some the author’s key points: 1) Although the company is small, we do have all the latest tools for sourcing and advertisement. In fact, management is very supportive when we ask to try using something new, and we are encouraged to propose our ideas. 2) You don’t need to bring your own computer; we all have fast machines with double monitors. 3) We are in a contemporary well-lit office space with its own bar, we celebrate our wins and milestones as a team and often get clients visiting us for a happy hour! 4) I can say that this has been the most lucrative commission structure I've ever experienced and there is no timeline limit – your commissions start with your first placement! We are sad that the author couldn’t find a home with us- when the new person starts in a small group like ours, we are all invested in their success. I can’t speak for the author’s manager or our CEO, but I personally offered the author my help on a few occasions, unfortunately, it was met with disinterest and even resistance. I am glad that the author found a place where they can fit in and prosper."
