Pros
Great coworkers and an owner who really lets you take the reigns on accounts and projects. Flexibility once you prove yourself. Essentially, you are treated like an adult and have clear direction as to what you are supposed to do. Being a smaller company, there is a lot of room for growth and promotions are given based on merit and not tenure. The culture is hard working, but fun and you can expect a nice glass of wine or beer to celebrate a job well done

Cold calling is always difficult and there is a lot of competition in the agency tech recruiting space.
