Thank you for your feedback. Turnover is an unfortunate part of any company, but we aspire to keep it as low as possible and are taking significant efforts to reduce our voluntary turnover. Related to compensation, we recently invested in a top-of-the-line tool to give us real-time market data to ensure that we can make fact-based compensation decisions as we continue to grow. Outside of base pay compensation, we continue to offer numerous benefits that other companies don’t match — including the ability to take every other Friday afternoon off, a robust PTO package, closing the entire week between Christmas and New Years (in the US), as well as best-of-class health, dental, and vision benefits.
