Hello! We continue to review and improve our total rewards (compensation, benefits, and perks) to be employee focused, to stay competitive in the markets in which we operate, and to be attuned to new offerings and trends in the market. As for flexibility, our offices are typically open 5days per week (barring observed holidays), and our employees have the flexibility to work from home every Friday (if desired). There are also approvals for ad-hoc flexibility as needed to manage our respective lives and daily responsibilities. And we have many benefits and perks which allow employees to enjoy additional flexibility (e.g., flexible start and finish times, generous PTO, Work from Anywhere/Any Office, etc.). We are quite the social bunch here at MMGY Global, and the people and the relationships/friendships built are often cited as top attributes in our employee engagement survey. And of course, the travel opportunities (at least for some of us :) ) are amazing! I live vicariously through the pictures, videos, and postings from those that can visit and experience some incredibly beautiful destinations as part of their job! You mention the top two areas I often get asked about. At MMGY Global, we strive to provide a base salary that meets the market. Thus we regularly review and compare our salaries to the local markets and adjust accordingly. But we also provide many additional benefits and perks to meet the various needs and wants of our global employees. We work to increase salaries, while we also work to increase the total value of contributions and investments that the Company makes in support of each employee’s professional and personal well-being. So, it’s an ongoing challenge to provide Total Rewards that are attractive, relevant, and competitive in all the markets in which we compete for talent. We are not exactly full-time in the office.
