It is always validating to see/hear positive recognition for the great talent that we have, and for the perks that we offer! We review and compare our salaries to the local markets at least annually. And we strive to meet the market rates. We also work to make the Total Rewards package as attractive and competitive as we can, and base salary is just one piece of that package. It is our belief and hope that some of our other various benefits and perks (e.g., generous PTO, medical insurance, 401k retirement contribution, tenure-based travel reward program, etc.), combined with base salary, make us an attractive employer.
